Operating experience
We consider services that already have a proven operating history. Exchange services with a short operating period may undergo additional review before publication.
Trust and public reputation
The presence of public confirmations of the service’s activity is welcomed, in particular:
- mentions in industry media or communities,
- profiles on review platforms (Trustpilot),
- presence on other aggregators or monitoring platforms.
This helps users assess the reliability of the service.
Terms of use and compliance (AML/KYC)
The exchange service’s website must openly publish:
- terms of service,
- AML and KYC policy,
- rules for processing requests and transactions (timeframes, limits, verification procedures, etc.).
Transparency is a key factor of trust.
User support
The exchange service must provide stable communication with clients (chat, messengers such as Telegram, or other fast communication channels). The ability for the ZIND team to promptly contact service representatives is also important.
Languages and regional policy
- An Ukrainian version of the website is mandatory.
- ZIND does not cooperate with services that work with Russian currencies or have ties to the aggressor country.
Information relevance
The exchange service’s website must display an up-to-date operating schedule, available exchange directions, fees (if applicable), and contact details.
Corporate communication
For business correspondence, an email address linked to the service’s domain is used.
Partnership interaction
After placement, the service may add ZIND to its list of partners with an active link—this helps build an ecosystem of trust between platforms.
